Phil was inspired to see if the hair clippings from his salon could be used to clean up oil spills. In 1998 he partnered with eco-non profit, Matter of Trust, and the seeds were planted for the Clean Wave Program. The Matter of Trust team is passionate about linking 'surplus with need' and every day they take action towards a world in which humans live in harmony with nature.
